These Terms & Conditions apply to the 20-Minute Quick Fit Call offered by Grace & Luminance™ (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a call, you (“you,” “client,” “prospect”) agree to the terms below.

Quick Summary

By booking this call, you understand it is a fit + scope call, not a full strategy session. You also agree to our 24-hour rescheduling policy and one rebook allowance for missed calls.

1) Purpose of the Quick Fit Call

The Quick Fit Call is a short, introductory phone call intended to:

• understand what you’re working on,

• confirm whether we are a fit,

• clarify scope, timeline, and budget range,

• recommend the most appropriate next step.

This call is not a full strategy session, custom design session, or creative development engagement. If you need deeper strategy or deliverables, we will recommend a paid service.

2) No Guarantee of Services

Booking a Quick Fit Call does not guarantee that we will accept your project, provide services, or reserve dates. Project acceptance is based on fit, capacity, and alignment.

3) Call Format and Communication

• Calls are conducted by phone. We will call you at the number you provide at the scheduled time.

• Please ensure your contact details are accurate and that you are available in a quiet location.

• If we cannot reach you, we will make a reasonable attempt to call again within the scheduled window.

4) Rescheduling and No-Shows

We respect your time and ask the same in return.

• Reschedule: Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.

• Late arrival: If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to stay on time for other bookings.

• No-show policy: If you miss the call, you may rebook once. After one missed call and one rebook, we may require a paid deposit to schedule another call or we may decline additional bookings.

5) Preparation and Information You Provide

You agree to provide honest, accurate information to help us assess fit. Any recommendations we provide are based on what you share during booking and on the call.

6) Budget Conversations

We ask for a budget range so we can recommend realistic options. Sharing a budget range does not obligate you to purchase, and we may recommend different paths based on your goals and timeline.

7) Confidentiality

We treat project details you share as confidential and use them only to evaluate fit and recommend next steps, unless you request otherwise. We may disclose information if required by law.

8) No Professional Advice

The Quick Fit Call may include general guidance based on experience, but it is not legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for your business decisions and compliance requirements.

9) Intellectual Property

Any frameworks, methods, documents, templates, or materials shared by Grace & Luminance™ (before, during, or after the call) remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

10) Recording

We do not record calls unless we notify you in advance and you provide consent. If you record the call, you must comply with applicable laws and inform us where required.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms in effect at the time you book will apply to your booking.
